Why bother to practice to perfect your craft?

Dear Kuya Ron,
They say practice makes perfect. But nobody's perfect. So why practice?

My reply:
Dear PD,
I like your e-mail. Short and sweet. Thanks. I have a likewise short, but not-so-sweet answer: Because those first two sentences are meant to be said said in two different contexts and so you shouldn't piece them together.
Keep practicing and keep asking questions. "Nobody's perfect" means you can be perfect in some things but not in others. Keep practicing. And keep asking questions.
